I finally got the nerve to try Braggs (with the mother) ACV, first thing in the morning, 1 TBSP in 8 oz. of water. Just a little throat burn afterward, I would take it with 1 TSP of honey next time, 3 times a day with a meal ;)

Better yet, I picked up "Apple Caps" form a local diner (distributor), I found they were better because they are stealthy! I take 2 with a glass of water, 3 times a day. IMO, The bugs can't scatter as with what might happen with the liquid, the tabs hit them by surprise as it melts down!
