They came exactly at the time I was taking Oxypowder and passing A LOT of mucous plaque...I've read on here that other people got them on here by cleansing and detoxing too fast. it definitely wasn't from straining and you're right, I still need to finish that bottle of Oxypowder because

my diet has been good lately other than the casual consumption of alcohol here and there.

Thanks for the advice - Ill definitely try this. tried using the garlic as suppository but didn't work as well as I thought it would. I need to Liver Flush asap.
