Wtf, never heard of this before. But what do you mean with "too much", is it okay if you don't use too much, or do you think it' an overall bad die? There's so many success stories here on cure zone, so it seems to be potentially good, but what do I know.

Otherwise, what do you recommend for cleaning out lower bowel?
