Hello! I was wondering how I'm supposed to perform the ACV enema? I've understood that maybe 2 tablespoons/quart of water is a good place to start at, but how much am I supposed to "take in" at once? Should I measure pup like one cup at a time or something? Since ACV enemas seems to be really effective, but at the same time able to hurt your intestines, I donut wanna make any mistakes while doing it, and ending up with a f***ed up stomach.

Then I was planning on doing a kefir enema afterwards, and once again, how much could/should I use?

Any thoughts are well appreciated!
