Hi I have chronic kidney stones, stage 3 kidney disease and medullary sponge kidney in both of my kidneys. I pass stones on a daily and between that and the msk, I am in constant pain. I miss out on a lot due to my pain and need to take pain medications just to function on most days. I would much rather use natural remedies to try to relieve some of my pain so I don't have to take as much pain meds. If anyone has any experience with useful herbs, detoxes, or any other holistic and natural remedies I would really appreciate it. Thank you!
