I just read the other day that it is unnecessary to remineralize distilled water because we should be getting our minerals from fruits and vegetables.
You would need to drink 800 glasses of water per day to get the recommend amount of minerals. And those minerals are most likely inorganic, which are difficult for our bodies to absorb.
