Okay, I had a panic attack and posted here yesterday about some problems I was having, and I finally found out it was candida. I find this really amazing since I had no idea I had it until the cleanse.

I'm only and day four however, and my priority is to get rid of this thing inside me, as I think this is what is causing all my health problems. And as everyone knows, Master-Cleanse is not good for candida.

What should I do? Stop the Master-Cleanse altogether? Cut out the maple syrup and do it 10 days instead of 40?
