Interesting, about the SWF, dehydration may be involved (as someone else mentioned as well). For me, the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) outcome has not been explosive so-to-speak, but rather as others have said, a lot of butt-piss along with some extra junk. As long as the h20 is passing through you, then you are doing your system some good – even though there are no solids toxins are still being flushed out.
