Apparently coffee enemas really don't affect either. However, I do drink coconut water and kombucha daily so that would certainly help. I feel great outside of the skin creatures. Once that is resolved, I know this will all be worth it. Years of suffering and an end is in sight. I can tell my severe sinus allergies are resolving as well. I suggest you read up on coffee enemas, the benefits are really worth it. And I didn't see any downside.
