Now that is worth repeating, and it needs to be on billboards all over the world.

One of the reasons we can't get rid of them is because there are so many people who refuse to even try and they keep giving them back to those of us who do. But if you aren't committed to the process, which is rigorous and requires due diligence, then you are likely just going to make things worse for yourself because the larva will begin to hatch when the mother dies. And she can lay 200K eggs per day.

Most people are like the kid who walked around in a dust devil all the time in the Peanuts cartoon. Only they are surrounded with worm eggs, airborne bacteria, and viruses. Oh how people with mites on their face adore expressing cheek to cheek affection with someone who has a pretty complexion. It allows their demodex to spread. And it is creepy. Most hosts have to be face to face with death before they are motivated to reduce the colony sizes. Even then it may be the colony telling the host to exterminate some of the weaker competition, because it knows it is about to lose the host. Most people don't do anything about it until they are on death row. And some never do.
