My opinion is Actalin is AT BEST a supplement for someone who has reached Iodine sufficiency. It only has 200mcg of iodine. Dr Brownstien himself has stated in various places it can take 6-12 MONTHS on 50mg a day to become sufficient.

At 200mcg you will NEVER become sufficient.
