So far you tried killing the bad bugs with Antibiotics .
Try instead restoring the microbiota of your whole body.
Rinse your sinuses with homemade yogurt, rich in probiotics.
Use probiotics to make homemade yogurt. Use raw milk, if possible.

Enema with homemade yogurt may also help.


You need to restore your microbiota, not kill it.
