oh honey, hang in there. I could only ever get 2/3 glasses of SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) flush down then I was just TOO full. I have a tiny tummy.
The orange stuff is prob bile & it's good to get that out. Your BMs should be butt pee. The foam MAY be candida. ? Unless you ate soap as a kid.? Maybe you ate orange soap? ;)
Try using less cayenne. Use only as much as you can tolerate. I always had the lemonade warm. I get too cold otherwise.
As bad as you feel is a sign of you detoxing. If your period is off, it's your body *cleaning* your reproductive system. Hang in there, it will get better. Try and do something nice for yourself. Drink lots of water, sleep more, take a bath, etc.
EDIT: if you're doing the SWF, then your cheesburgers have been flushed out. Don't worry, the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) pushes everything inside, outside, unless of course it's glued to your intestines. Which your cheeseburgers didn't have a chance to do yet. Maybe your body is just better at digesting food than you thought? ©†ƒ……•™¼‡_Original_Message_¾€š½ž¢«»¬ï°©
