I have heard of BV but never tried it and one of the few common herbs not featured in Christopher's SoNH Herb guide but is listed in various formulas. Everything Ive read browsing herb sites indicates it is effective as a nervine such as for pain, mood, depression, also a good bitter stimulant for liver and aids respiratory ailments. Glad to see you're getting some benefit.
