Trauma in your life can cause a lot of these symptoms and so can the modern day foods we eat.

Many of your symptoms tell me (I have been there, still working on it) that you have Hypothyroid and Adrenal Fatigue. Check out both these forums here on CZ. Also buy doctor Brownstein's books. Get some tests done for Adrenals and Thyroid.

Eventually fasting with water only will help with clearing out your issues.

You are young so you will bounce back quickly.
