Thank you for you answers. I'm on day six and taking walks is HARD. I run a lot and this is very much out of character for my body, but I'll take your advice and keep walking :)

My father has autoimmune Hyperthyroidism and got very curious when I told him about your recovery. What kind of thyroid problem did you have?
