I have fasted many times before : ) First week is the worst, then after 7-10 days up to two weeks it gets easier… or not ; ) It’s very individual, it depends how toxic you are. Also, are you going to do enemas during your fast? I would strongly recommend doing so, especially during the first fast. It makes it much more bearable. The weakness is not as overwhelming. I don’t believe any kind of healing can yield permanent results without purifying of the big intestine first. Water is absorbed into the bloodstream in the big intestine. And all the blood goes through the liver. If the big intestine is toxic, the liver will keep being polluted and toxic blood will keep circulating in the body.
