That's fantastic! I would love to hear your results.
I've heard a lot of interesting stuff about asthma and autoimmune diseases getting cured through fasting. Would be great to hear it first hand.
I'm doing fine on my sixth day. Tried going out running with my dad today but it was just no dice. After two kilometers I had to start walking, and I usually run five kilometers a day without any problems.
Mood is affected. There's just way less room to navigate my emotions. Things that would annoy me normally gets me a furious and things that would bore me bore me to tears.
