I agree that maca can boost libido as my husband had erection problems before and taking maca capsules treated the problem. It gives him stamina and energy so he could still be frisky after a long, hectic day at work. Maybe that’s the reason why it worked on treating Depression – it’s energizing. I started taking it too for menstrual irregularities. I stick to the dosage prescribed as overdosage can induce intestinal gas.
