I do not have Schizophrenia, however, I have Schizoaffective disorder-bipolar type. I have auditory hallucinations, sometimes pleasant, somtimes persecutory, and on occasion visual hallucinations. I take a cocktail of psych. meds. and am now looking for a healthier way to alleviate, cure my symptoms. Has anyone in a similar situation had any experience with any supplements with success? Water Fasting makes my voices argue with each other, which makes for interesting debate. Although I have made friends with my voices, and with some sense of humour, I could really live without them. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
