I've had pcos since puberty and I'm 28, I have all the symptoms of pcos (facial hair, no periods, overweight, hard to lose weight, high testosterone levels) but by far the worst symptom is the Body Odor . I used to have hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) but I had liposuction to get sweat glands removed. Now, I don't sweat at all from armpits but I still have horrendous Body Odor . I wash everyday with anti bacterial soap, put strong deo on immediately and only wear clothes once before they go in the washing machine so this is not a hygiene issue. I know this is hormone related, why else would someone smell if they don't sweat wear clean clothes and shower/scrub everyday?
