I started fasting for the first time in 2013 and have been through a few long fasts and numerous short ones since : ) My longest fast so far was 23 days.

When you get really clean after a series of longer fasts, exercising becomes easy. Tiredness during fasting comes from toxicity of the blood, not the lack of food (depending on the weight).

How did you find out about fasting? : )
