Oil pulling really helps,

though I find tea tree oil on the toothbrush 2x a day really ups my mood and destroys the plaqueographies that like to write themselves on my enamel.

I use it at times in my waterpik with some water.

You gotta be gentle with these, but they really can be worth the 10 bucks they cost!
