Oh it just dawned on me that you were talking about the flooding down in Houston right now being a problem with phones. Yes it's a swamp everywhere right now. Our bridge to get out of this place has been over flowed numerous times already. We had a tornado in my sister's pasture that uprooted huge trees with power outages. We need an Ark.
