thank you all. youre wonderful.

now, since i dont have a lot of time and have a headache(feeling good otherwise) i need best source and type of blue vervain - cheap pills from swanson, bulk from mountain rose herbs, make a tea, eat it whole, approximate dosage?

second, i have bioactive 10+ manuka and airborne. which is best or should i get the 250+ and some indication of the application - right on the wound, eat it also, etc?

i am already preparing another gallon of silver. been eeking that out because i didnt have a lot in hand but i got that. and some oral H2O2 today.

you folks are the best.
