Let me tell you the perfect way to do this. I can't believe no one has mentioned this. This is what I do.

I have Vitamin C capsules that are a decent size. Actually you can use any capsules.

I open the capsule, pour out the Vitamin C, cut up my cloves very finely and i stuff the capsules with garlic. I take 3-5 capsules per day, problem solved. You don't taste the garlic and your breath won't smell like garlic.
