No,just the opposite. They have not been able and are not able to prosecute us because we are not making any false claims.

This is a false claim on your part. You could legitimately state that I have not published any such information. Yet, I have explained why.

Actually it is the appearance of your demeanor and your repetition that makes this into attacks. You are very redundant/repetitive in your statements and in the process, you make false and misleading statements.

Again, I guess that you do not get the laws here in the US. Publishing 1 such proof immediately turns the product into a medical device and I would be at risk for imprisonment.
