I have looked up underactive thyroid and taking medication, and seems those on IF - eat. five fast two - reported no problems. This is not the same as a dry fast, which ia what i would like to continue doing. As i said in my post i did during Water Fast and two dry fasts not take medication, but this worsened my thryroid condition.


I would like to continue dry fasting as felt it helped many other things, but think I should take my medication. however, that would mean drinking some water, so not a strict DF.

Thanks for responding. appreciate all your information on DF as not much written about it. You have been really helpful.
