I agree that it is only words but you need to understand that since our company is in the US, there are some significant checks and balances.

First, the FTC will very judiciously prosecute any fraudulent claims.

Second, there is a business reporting agency that is completely independent of external influences. It is called the Better Business Bureau and customers can file a complaint of any breach of business integrity and any complaint causes a reduction in score. Our company has an A+ rating.

Third, dissatisfied customers are more than 10 times as likely to post a negative message as a satisfied customer is likely to post a positive message. While you may see negative comments from people who never bought a ParaZapper, you do not see negative comments from our customers.

The main complaint that we get is that we have a very long backlog of orders.

As for the words, in the US, any words that you publish can and will be used against you. That includes any company that publishes testimonials on its site.

I am sorry that you are not satisfied with this explanation because it makes me believe that you have an agenda to cause me to say something that puts me in jail.

You constantly attack and defame but have never tried any of our products.

Our customers are happy, you are not a customer and are not happy, what does that mean?
