Raw Honey or Manuka honey just may kill Candida and biofilms. Studies have shown honey to be effective again bacteria and viruses.

Sugar is the WORST word you can say in these forums though...... However, what if this is true about raw honey? I was told a long time ago shown taking a anti-fungal from a doctor, they encourage you to eat Sugar and all other foods you normally crave. They do this so the yeast can come out in full force, and the anti fungal can eradicate them.

What if raw honey works something like that?
