I have not done a lot of research about FMT, I don't think I could ever bring myself to do something like that. The thoughts of it ... well, I can't go there lol! But I think something like that is a personal decision and I know some people are in such a bad way, they will try anything.

As for me, I feel that there are simpler ways to help my body heal. Can I ask, are you going regularly? Meaning, do you go atleast 2 or 3 times a day? If your answer is no, this is one of your first problems to address. I am a believer that if this isn't working properly, then everything else in the body is thrown off and disease can occur.
