Yes the cysts were found the day of surgery. They were a tiny farther back from where my tonsils were. At my post opp. Appt my doctor said the cysts were what he thought causing my odor issue. I begged him to take out my adenoids. He works only do so if I had the deviated septum fixed. (I'm sure this was only worth while for him making money on the surgery.)
HAVE YOUR ENT SEARCH YOUR WHOLE ENT CAVITY for cysts. Ask him about Thornwaldt cysts, they're a type of cyst.
I have no idea if truly was my adenoids or cysts that helped rid my bb. Don't let the dr. Say yoy have no adenoids. They will be some tissue there, even if it's not much.
