hi i know this is from 2007 .

so you have all the symtoms i have . my opinion is the Antibiotics killed all the good bacteria in you gi tract and the raw vinegar inflamed it more.
i just use ozone with distilled cold water until my BM is clear it does not cure it but i do get a break from the bathroom but i have to avoid greasy fried foods and carbonated drinks and sugar..... and drinks enough water i take an imodium in the morning .

you should get a colonoscopy asap
probably some sort of colitis or crohn's just my opinion please see a GI doc ASAP .. i hope already have
