hi, thanks for your help! how do i know if i still have a leaky gut? if ive been eating a strict paleo autoimmune diet and have been on supplements for many months, shouldnt it be close to healing by now? that's what i dont understand.
as for the colostrum, i cant have any dairy because i am extremelyyyy sensitive to it and immediately have horrible digestive issues after eating it, as well as the fact that it will worsen an autoimmune attack. i know you mention that its different from milk, but how? im reading up on it and found that it is still a milk product?

oh also, is milk thistle used for liver detoxification?
