the first dose is the "worst" dose, if you wanna look at it that way. i find that the more harsh the reaction to Iodine the more desperately it is needed.

yes, detoxification along with Iodine sufficiency is in layers. but what you notice is more benefit, the unwanted sensations fade quickly and pale in comparison tot he benefits so as to be practically undetectable.

many have reported a tremendous benefit when doing a gram of Iodide per day. thats what happened to me when i first did that. i felt much better ever since.
