Yes those who are chemically sensitive often have to start with low doses.

Liver support sounds like a good idea.

Adrenal support can be tricky, especially for sensitive people. It is nice to be able to work with a doctor who does hormone balancing and get followup tests to see how your body is converting the upstream hormones.

In a person that needs adrenal cortex support the results can be really huge and the effects can be experienced in just a day or so in some people. There have been some really heart warming stories.

Unfortunately there are other cases, seemingly those with a history of panic attacks where they struggle to get useful amounts of hormone support on board.
