My diet is pretty limited. I sorta eat what I don't react to. I use to be vegan but I got extra sick when I was, so I had to start eating meat.

I eat pretty clean in terms of not eating a standard American diet and eating whole foods. I have tried the different paleo, gaps type diets as well.

I really do think the cleanses you suggested are what's needed right now. Thanks again for your support.
