Hi Cutler,

Thanks so much for replying :) It means a lot just to talk to someone else about all this. My family is probably getting sick of me :)

I have had cortisol saliva tests 6 years ago. Back then I was in the beginning stages of adrenal fatigue, now I'm assuming I'm in the later stages.

I find I have paradoxal reactions to many things so even if I take gaba or mag glyincate in more than small doses, they seem to throw some things out of balance. I do take a bit of mag and gaba though.

I'm hoping as I cleanse my liver , I'll be able to tolerate more stuff.

I never had any metal fillings, thank gawd. My mom did though, so I suspect that contributed to some of my issues,

My lithium levels were not even detectable on my hair test. I do have some li orotate here that I use every once in awhile and they do make me feel more relaxed and grounded.

I'm sorta torn about the adrenal glandual stuff. I hear some people say they are awesome and helped them heal, while others say to avoid them. do you have any thoughts on this?
