Nice to know someone else is starting on the same day! :)

Was planning to start on Jan 1st, but I feel so sick of my unhealthiness than I decided just 1/2 hour back to start ASAP. Will it ruin my holidays, yes, but what the heck.

In a logical world food should not have to play such a huge role in family togetherness....but who says we're logical? At the very least, missing holiday feasts should reinforce my notion of 'hard work' should I start relapsing into old habits.

Well, gotta go and chug my pre-cleanse laxative tea. See you around tomorrow then! We can swap horror stories ;)
