What is your diet like? Your body is definitely toxic, but it did not happen overnight so it will take some time. I know you can do this, take small baby steps towards healing your body and mind.

The suggestions and questions by other responders are great. I woul first be on raw organic plant based diet for one month, you can include some of the supplements mentioned above. Then I would do a colon cleanse, kidney cleanse and then do a liver flush. If things do not improve after a few flushes, you should do a water fast.

For ear issues you can warm Castor oil and let cool a bit and put a few drops in each ear and block your ears with cotton balls. This can be done everyday before bedtime.

Small steps, you can do it. Keep posting here, it is good to have the support from this community.
