For years I had been sitting while working and I think that cause my spine, muscles and nerves to be in a fixed state. I have a severe pain in my back and spine and because of this I’m not able to sleep properly and also feel difficult while walking down the street. One of my friends suggested me to consult a chiropractor for this.

I had not been to any chiropractor before, so I’m not aware of their way of treating.

Can anyone who had been to chiropractor help me? What are their procedures?

Will I get some relief from this back pain after going to a chiropractor? How much will the cost be?
