I am advised to take the tiniest amount of phitkari not even a pinch.One day i tried to put a slighlty large amount and I just felt a kind of a jerk in many entire body especially in the head but i didn't get sick. Honestly speaking I didn't know what this thing was before u told me .My mother only told me that it purifies your stomach.

I take three dates and three almonds and the cold water- honey mixture, twice.First before consuming breakfast and then mostly at 7 pm before consuming dinner .

I don't live in India and neither do i suffer from constipation ,however I do suffer from a kind of temporary jaundice.I won't called it jaundice condition because I've been suffering from it since birth and i am completely normal except that my eyes get yellow sometimes.
