Try soaking in a bath with a 1/2cp of White Vinegar and any Sea Salt (1/2cp)... Try that for a few weeks (burns at first)... Thru out the day use Perineal Wipes (wipes that remove urine and feces from the skin)... You can find these in the Adult Diaper area... You can also use half water half vinegar to clean the area before bed if you bathed/showered earlier (burns at first)... I use a Kids Powder (with zinc and corn starch) to keep area dry thru out the day... Also, Ointments for Diaper Rash, and Monistat (for yeast infections)on the infected areas before bed help too.
