Die off can be managed well through salt loading. I plop 1/2 teaspoon of Celtic Sea Salt in a glass of water every time I feel a headache coming on or if my kidneys start to hurt. We just need to help our elimination system to do it's job a little easier and saltwater does the trick for me.
