I listened to the podcast with great interest.

According to the podcast, The answer to adreneline problems is progesterone. This might work for your average person who feels a little stressed here anf there, I don't think it works all too well for the AI crowd.

If you have dis- regulated cortisol or have high cortisol problems any time during the day or especially at night, then progesterone might not work for you b/c progesterone makes whatever cortisol is in your body more available so you're likely to suffer more high cortisol symptoms than calming effect.
