K. I've no idea if this helps, but addressing your issue:
I have fibromyalgia.
As such, I take massive pain killers.
They work, but if I FORGET to take them I get really messed up. (Message: take Your meds On Time)
Additionally I have internal parasites, but I don't honestly give them much thought.
In sum, ask urself: are you physiologically damaged, merely infested, or both?
