Still can't believe that I was able to carry on all regular activities as if I were eating 3 meals a day.
I also have to say that I think I am one of the few that actually didn't mind the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) - can't believe how well it works. I used to drink it and then drive off to work - a 40 minutes commute - a few times I was cutting it close! :)
