Yes it works. I too read that post and tried it for congested sinuses and blockage in both ears. My ears were so blocked I thought I was going deaf. My eustachian tubes were both inflamed and blocked. In addition to soaking my sinuses with my head held back, I would also hold both nostrils closed and blow the urine into my middle ear, up the eustacian. This was painful at first due to pressure difference, but the urine quickly reversed the inflamation and all passages became increasingly clear within hours. I now do weekly for maintensance.
