Hi,

You really seem to have a handle on this stuff. I have had it for almost 5 years.

I do have some questions for you. I have very much limited my intake of carbs, sugar, and dairy; however, I have found it almost impossible to do the Candida Diet. I work full time and have a family - that frankly would not appreciate it much. We are actually a rather healthy looking lot - no one is overweight. Any suggestions?
My biggest complaint is itching - which for some odd reason, has really gone through the ceiling the past few months. Basically like rolling in poison ivy. Anti-fungals, cortisone, etc. - nothing seems to work all that well. Unfortunately, the itching lead to at nasty UTI and Antibiotics and we are back at square one again.
Have you done the Three-Lac - I haven't tried this and the Turpentine is up in the cabinet?

What is your stance on chiropractic's and acupuncture? I'm working with someone now to help strengthen my immune system - which is pretty weak.
