Bump on this topic, after finding liver flukes from the last castor oil flush, I need this info too!

My thoughts are that detox treatments like Bentonite clay baths and drinks are indicated, grounding, nutrient-dense foods like nettle, spinach, dark greens and colour-rich foods.. Basically eating the load when dealing with all the die-off. Might need to do some Google-fu on this topic.
